together, we are learning to face mortality

At Here to Honor, we believe that death, as a shared human experience, can be approached with hope and togetherness.

“Teach us to number our days, so that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

Since its founding in 2020, Here to Honor has envisioned end of life as a journey that can actually lead to stronger relationships and richer engagement in the present.

We believe that death, as a shared human experience, can be approached with hope and togetherness.

Our mission is to cultivate community around end-of-life learning so that everyone feels supported in facing mortality and equipped to make informed decisions.

We do this by offering death education in the form of topical classes and workshops, and by hosting social events that encourage connections while normalizing talking about death.
