HTH Founder Eva Ting and Katie Benn, an oncology nurse at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, will ease participants into end-of-life planning conversations with a focus on preparing to discuss with aging loved ones.

This virtual, interactive workshop will take place in two sessions, and participants should plan to attend on both dates:
